Mike's to do list..
It's a biggie folks
It's a biggie folks
- Buy silver chain. The old one broke from me abusing it, so I need a propor chain, not something we bought off the street.
- Groceries- Cherios, strawberries, salad, bread, diet coke, crystal light.
- Pick up pants. Yes I gave in and bought a size 32.
- Swim this week, Wednesday & Sunday morning.
- Lift once or twice this week, Tuesday & Thursday hopefully.
- Decide on CD's to make for Hun's sister. She lives in SA and they are too expensive to buy there, so I'll burn a few.
- Read 1 hour each night.
- Take my vitamins every day this week!

Getting stuff done.
I have to buy my mom something for Mom's day. She needs for nothing and wants for very little. I may get her some garden stuff and try and help out more.
I am starting to make a habbit of getting to swim parctice. Admitedly, not to every practice and not to full practice but it's a start.
Tess and Lancer are doing ok. They spend 7am to 10pm together in the same house and have been doing so since Saturday. No fur fights. No blood. Just a bit of hissing and growling.
I have to start letting the boy out at night. He's a talker so I'm worried about getting to sleep and staying that way. Tess is quite respectfull and will not cry unless you open your eyes. Heck she even leaves the room when Hun and I get it on!
The car has appeared in the Magazine & I got my first call!

This post is about nothing.
I have a whole bunch to say...
I have a whole bunch to say...
- I need to eat better. I will. It will just be small steps.
- I fired the maids. Hun and I can do the work ourselves and save 150$ a month in the process.
- I have to visit the gym I want to join. As soon as I join and pay the money I'll go all the time.
- I must swim more.
- That bedroom isn't painting itself!
- I panic about finances.
- I have multi vitamins, I might as well use them.
- I also worry. Too much. Way too much.
- I worry about Hun all the time.
- I've been having trouble sleeping ever since I got the new job. It's slowly getting better but I feel tired by 9. (see the note about eating and exercise, bound to help this)
- My reading has suffered, so I must read more.
- I must watch TV less. Unless there is something I want to watch on, I should turn it off.
- This week I have to get the car detailed so I can take a picture of it and get it sold.
- I'm worried about the cats getting along. I bet they can sense it. I love them both so much even the boy when he talks a lot.

Cat Tales par deux
Tess is moderatly pissed.
Lancer loves cuddles.
This morning she puked up her wet food. I think this was purely wet food related, so I am switching her food.
Lancer picked this morning to chase her down the stairs so it was lots of fun. She hissed once but got out of the way.
Tonight is more of the same. Supervised visits.

Cat Tales
A little update.
Tess was highly offended with Lancer on Friday. He approached, she hissed and growled. Neither would give up. He was also highly smelly the first few days and to top it off he decided peeing on the curtains and carpet would help establish himself. It was obvious that letting them loose was not going to make it all better, so we changed tactics.
Now he stays in his safe room. (He has food, water, light, a place to climb, blankets and a fresh litter box.)
When we take him out of the room, we carry him to where we want him to be. He can only move freely if he is separated from her by another floor. When they are on the same floor, he sits with me or Hun and snuggles.
We hope that this will..

- Show him he is loved.
- Show Tess we are protecting her.
- Give her a chance to see, hear & smell him.
- Make her curious about what he is about.
- and finally to save mine and Hun's sanity.
In the meantime I am cleaning curtains and Febreezing carpets and couches to minimize all cat smells.
Give it till next Friday and he will get more freedom.

Gotta Keep'em Separated
Last night Hun brought home Lancer (aka Sir Lancelot, aka boy).
Tess (aka The Contessa) was not thrilled, not even a little bit. Before a peep escaped from Lancer's lips she hissed and growled at him like he was gonna kill her if he came within 6 feet of her.
So now the question comes up.. What do we do. Right now he is in his own room with his own litter, food & water. When I get home, I am planning on letting them interact for the whole day.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
