Settling in

I've never done this before but I jumped ship from my old job and went to a supplier. The best thing about doing this is that you get walked out the door of the old place and you get to start at the new place right away. I was just on vacation so I really didn't need to relax. What I need is an additional pay cheque. So Today, I got paid for two jobs, the old and the new. One pay cheque pays the bills, the other goes towards my retirement fund which is now paid for this tax year.

With the new job is a lot of perks. Firstly, because I'm a sales guy, I get a new car. I picked a platinimum grey 2.0 Jetta. My gas.. paid for. Toll road.. paid for. Insurance..paid for! Repairs?.. you guessed it! Paid for!
I have an expense account and a budget for product so that I can give it to customers etc.
My laptop is a Tablet PC, perhaps the coolest PC I've worked with.
I get to expense my high speed internet!. BB7 just got cheaper!
I also am expected to work from home one day a week.
My hours have become very flexible so that I may have the time to go to the gym!

The best perk of all is that the people are great.
